Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

ADVANCE YOUR CAREER AND BOOST YOUR ORGANIZATION’S BOTTOM LINE

Lean Six Sigma is a widely-used methodical approach to improve business performance by reducing waste and increasing efficiency. With today’s companies facing continually rising costs and increasing competition, Lean Six Sigma certified professionals have become increasingly desirable in Operations/ Supply Chain Management roles.

This is the first of the three-part USC Marshall Lean Six Sigma Certification Program, with the higher-level Green Belt and Black Belt certification courses to be also offered at later dates. Yellow Belt certification is not a requirement for the Green Belt course, but is highly encouraged as it gives an essential overview of Lean Six Sigma concepts. LSY
