One California city is grappling with COVID-19 outbreaks at nine of its industrial facilities, including one food processing plant that reported having at least 153 positive cases, according to health officials.
“We have seen disruption across the entire food supply chain, and of course, the meat supply chain is a subset of that,” said Nick Vyas, the executive director of Center for Global Supply Chain Management at University of Southern California, told “Good Morning America.”
