Manish Kapoor is one of the leading industry experts for eCommerce supply chain and logistics,
especially Last Mile. He is accredited with launching several operational programs worldwide
for Amazon and FedEx. Manish is now on a mission to help young eCommerce companies scale
up and traditional businesses implement omni-channel supply chains.
Manish Kapoor is the CEO at Advatix, which is an operations consulting and technology
company for eCommerce execution. He founded Advatix after 25 years of senior leadership
roles at various organizations including Amazon, FedEx and Deluxe. Manish has a career track
record of leading industry transformations. He formed Advatix to provide the real “boots on the
ground” help by seasoned eCommerce Operators and Strategists to unlock growth for its
clients. Under Manish’s guidance, Advatix continues to change the growth trajectory of many
companies including Rent The Runway, Care Of, goPuff, The Black Tux, Oh My Green, Leixir, and
TForce. Advatix is also collaborating with companies such as General Motors and Google on
eCommerce innovation and Last Mile automation.
Previously at Amazon, Manish was the first person hired for the newly formed group “Amazon
Logistics – AMZL” with the mission to build Amazon’s own logistics capabilities. Manish led Last
Mile efforts worldwide including the US launch of Amazon’s first delivery station, Amazon
Fresh, and 2-Day Delivery. Earlier at FedEx, even before smart phones were mainstream,
Manish helped create the first centralized command and control center with driver apps and
automated route optimization for Last Mile in the US. Manish led several programs related to
Omni-Channel fulfillment and launched FedEx SameDay City, a high-speed local courier service
with money back guarantee.
As Manish says, “The number of companies that need help with eCommerce and Omni-Channel

Manish got his Engineering from Pune University in India, a Master of Science from Rochester
Institute of Technology in New York, and MBA from Babson in Massachusetts. Manish also has
Supply Chain Strategy and Management Certification from M.I.T. and a LEAN/6-Sigma
certification from The University of Texas.
